Earth Regeneration Alliance (ERA) is an ecosystem of businesses and a nonprofit that are all in service to Life via the ERA Purpose Trust (which is owned by all Life) and the ERA Commons. This is a closed-loop, regenerative system that allows humans to leave the current extractive industrial system and move into the co-creation of new and ancient Life-aligned ways of living, as Indigenous cultures have done for hundreds of thousands of years.
The ERA Ecosystem is meant to provide the safe and fertile Common Ground this movement has been needing for decades. With the vast networks of amazing people and orgs already doing regenerative work, we believe the ERA Ecosystem is the supportive connective tissue and mycelial network that galvanizes and empowers this great work of our time! 🤗🌀✨💚

A New (and Ancient) Paradigm
ERA is holding space for the emergence of a new paradigm of Stewardship — one that is based on the Wisdom of Nature and is rooted in the Kinship Worldview (a relational and interdependent worldview upon which all Indigenous cultures are based) — mirroring the intelligence of living systems and redefining how wealth flows, grows, and regenerates.
Rather than fueling extraction as the current system does, this model gives humans a pathway into a closed-loop, regenerative and Life-aligned system that re-aligns capital flows and human energy toward regeneration:
Ownership is reimagined as stewardship as land and waters are returned to The Commons
Returns are measured in ecological health, community wellbeing, and cultural resilience
Investment becomes an act of love and regeneration — nourishing life across generations
This is more than a financial model. It’s a living blueprint for a future where shared abundance replaces scarcity, and where capital serves as a force for healing, wholeness, and interconnection.
