They design and implement vertical investments — integrated systems for food, water, energy, housing, health, and culture — rooted in local governance and ecology.
Each bioregional team:
Receives catalytic support from the Commons Fund.
Co-creates with Indigenous leaders, community stewards, and anchor institutions.
Transitions enterprises into cooperative or community stewardship over time.

The Commons Fund is ERA’s circulatory system — a perpetual endowment that finances both the invisible work of collaboration and the visible work of regeneration.
