Jarrod Ferstl is a heart-centered guide and cultural strategist devoted to restoring harmony between people, planet, and all life. As a co-steward of the Earth Regeneration Alliance (ERA), he offers steady vision and quiet leadership—tending the unseen architecture of trust, timing, and alignment that allows living systems to thrive.
Through ERA, Jarrod designs regenerative financial models, philanthropic ecosystems, and bioregional blueprints that return capital and governance to right relationship with Earth. He is a founding steward of the ERA Purpose Trust, a legally protected foundation with Mother Earth as its sole beneficiary, created to hold equity in regenerative enterprises and steward land, water, and community infrastructure with integrity.
His leadership is rooted in discernment and deep listening. Guided not by urgency but by readiness, Jarrod shepherds what is truly prepared to emerge—ensuring that each initiative arises in alignment with the living world and is built to endure. Rather than directing outcomes, he attunes to context, cultivates coherence, and holds space for what wants to grow.
